Roberts Inc was the transfer attorneys in the purchase of our new home and in all my time buying and selling houses I have never had such poor service and level of care. We were sent the wrong papers, linked to other buyers profiles, given wrong invoices. You name it and it was done wrong. To add insult to injury we received appalling after-sale service when we tried to follow up on a fault on the house with a “let’s leave it at that” as their response. Honestly a disgrace to the profession.
