Great food - such interesting items on menu. Cakes are yum.St Patrick's day ... I ordered a green milkshake and a plate filled with basil pesto, spinach and avo.Friendly owner, always happy to chat. Great staff.

Very good experience. Food was fresh and good . I ordered a beef open sandwich, wife ordered chicken wrap . Food looked good and the taste was amazing . Atmosphere very chill . Freezo coffee was amazing would recommend to anyone who enjoys koffee . Service also very good .

As a regular the noticeable drop in quality of food and services is disappointing. On Sunday morning I stopped in for breakfast and ordered the English Muffin bacon and banana French Toast. The restaurant was empty and one would expect that the quality of food made by the cook would be of the highest quality as they were not rushed off their feet, but my food was so below par it indicated a lazy disinterested cook, who didn't care what quality of food left their kitchen. My English muffin was only slightly coated in egg wash (not soaked) and only on one side, the banana was clearly well past it's sell by date. The banana had been cut so inconsistently some pieces cut long wise and the other rounded. All in all the service. was slow and also a lot of disinterest in offering top notch service to paying clients. As having complained a number of times in the past, I will not be returning to frequent this establishment.

Apart from the food portions and taste being well worth the price, the staff always manages to put a smile on our faces with great service and amazing attitudes. The management is super helpful and hands on. We encountered the owner while eating there when my father in law wanted a pie which wasn't on the menu. The owner offered to go get a pie from pick n pay for us and warm it up and plate it with some chips and gravy to which we were only charged for the chips. I rarely take the time to sit and write a review but this place along with the owner and all the staff is very much deserving of it. 10/10

I order the classic eggs benedict and I fall in love with it again every time I have it. Very simple yet well done every time. I'd recommend trying their fresh juices, always a good start on the day and packed with flavour. Staff are also always so nice and welcoming.

We love Foood Stop & Cafe, it has, always been our weekend breakfast stop before embarking on our Pick n Pay shop however we are looking for an alternative to shop for groceries as the staff at PnP are most unpleasant and stock of items has waned so, sadly, Foood may lose us as patrons. Rand Ridge Mall is losing patronage weekly so sad, less n less shops, Woolworth is not the greatest.... Pick n Pay awful...

They have some really nice meals. I had the blueberry french toast and it was so good. We also tried the frittata, and it was nice.
