Till date, we only had good experiences, with the exception of one off our toilets. One of the two flushes on the actuator plates stopped working and now there's a constant leak. Not sure how the two faults are related and would appreciate some professional advice?TIA

After sales service is amazing. I had a faulty cistern that flushed continously, Carlette from KZN service department assisted me with getting the plumbers to repair it promptly.
