Service not good at all and it's not for the first .For me customer are not given the best service or taken into consideration (we are not being valued)Even if I raise my unsatisfactory they don't even bored to apologies or respond to your concern

today 14th will be one month full my mom passed on, unfortunately we had to arrange funeral burial last minutes for other parlor to assist us with burial after Royal drop us last minutes as if we were preparing 1year birthday party. We spoke to them the whole arrangement time only Friday morning we get told that they can not give us service as was a short notice given to them but funny they made us pay for km service fee urgently ,it took them to refund only today the kms fee after paid for weeks and no luck with calls after calls, contacted head office no communication keeps on telling us that they will call but no luck. We sitting with our aunty sick now due to the money or service she was suppose to receive for her sister but did not , she has been paying premium from 2016 till current.no Remo's or sympathy from Royal as we get don't care atittude. if you were mislead by this people please take it further for other who does not have voice . we are taking the matter further as one of their staff failed to do their job .Laurence the one who did not to his job and can lie like o one business, Lina head office does not know the meaning of i will call you back'"

The service my family and I received was terrible. From the quality of the coffin being poor and worn out, to the lack of accountability and empathy. They actually deserve a zero-star rating
