Donaldson J Appliances
I have used J Donaldson in the past, and they have done quite well. Something has definitely changed for worse and service is not what it used to be. I have contacted J Donaldson in January for repairs on a washing machine. At the time they did not have the required seals, so I committed to let them do the job and wait for the spares to arrive. After the parts arrived probably in April I was told that they had flooding problems at the office and had to work from home for a while. They had since moved back to the shop and promised me that the machine would have been repaired last week. The owner told me they are too busy at the moment and basically does not have time now. I feel that waiting for 5 months has been long enough. I will not be using them again.
