I am angry and not impress with their service, they even lied to me when they gave me the data sim card, they told me I will not be binded and I can cancel any time and when I want they tell me its a two year contract. and their network is very poor, I even go two days without reception. even now they have deducted their money from my account but still I have no received data. I am Fed up.

I planned to port my number from Telkom to a different provider. Issues in this process include: (1) If there is an outstanding bill, no contact is made to identify that this is the root problem. I called a different center and they figured out this was the problem; (2) The website is barely functional. Pages timeout on loading. (3) No direct contact between the service centers or billing or porting teams, etc.

Very slow and unprofessional service. It took more than half an hour to get a prepaid sim card (without the waiting time before).The agent made a mistake during registration, so the card was suspended after three days.Even with the help of the Telkom employee it was not possible to reactivate the card. Even she was ignored in the call center.The card was then supposed to be reactivated, but that never happened.Never again Telkom!

Not impressed... been in the store a few times before an upgrade, and heard different offers on the same deal from multiple sales reps. No one in the store is sure of anything. Stories change all the time. Also don't think any of them know how to use their systems properly... but hey TELKOM
