Very rude and unprofessional

U hav put me through so much pain. The receptionist at Dr Gopal says that u KNOW that he is in theater on a friday afternoon but yet u send me to him. Apparentlly its nt the fisrt patient this has happened to that u assisted. He will only be back after the long weekend.I TOLD u abt my teeth yet u did not LISTEN to ur patient. U told me u will give me an injection yet u dissappeared for 20 min. Your assistant & u made fun of my teeth yet u dont KNOW what happened in my past. U treated me & spoke to me like im a small child & felt very small after u told me that im lying abt feeling pain. At least the drs that assisted before was very professional & kind although that experience was very traumatising. That is why I was so nervous & scared. But U had NO EMPATHY with ur patient. Im in pain now but i FORGIVE u. I hope u have a good nights sleep. Thank you.This is the message I sent to Dr H Mohammed in Korsten and convieniently she has changed her number. Never will I make the mistake of going there again.

What a rude unprofessional Dentist that's if she's even a dentist, told my 8year old that the needle would hurt and it's a big needle, didn't even care to make him feel comfortable or at ease. Then had the audacity to tell me I'm being rude and as a parent it's my job to make my son feel comfortable even though you were the one who was to extract the tooth. Didn't even have enough tools and medications to complete or rather start the job. I'm in disgust as I type this.
