Fantastic customer service. The feedback and updates were informative and timeous so I was made aware of all the work needed and after the go ahead, was completed in record time.The workshop is well maintained, tidy, the staff welcoming and the coffee is incredible. Titan Automotive set a new standard going beyond any expectations.My vehicle had to be towed in, and was in a state.It's returned to me cleaned, fresh and driving as good if not better than when I first got it years ago.They are my first and only recommendation as I won't take my car anywhere else!

I received excellent service from Titan Auto. My car had problems. They managed to locate the problems and repaired my car quickly and efficiently at an exceptionally good price. Not very happy with them at all any more my vehicle was there last year and I was guaranteed that all was in order. This use vehicle went back to them and now there is even more problems... Would have been a different story if the vehicle was driven every day after the major service they did last yearSimple questions by my daughter in law could not even be answered by the mechanic... Scary to think that a girl knows more about vehicles then a mechanic... Very disappointing to say the least
