Good dayI normally don't complain about service but last night was really disappointing. I ordered a do double chicken burger and chocolate muffin last night. The uber guy, came to drop it off very efficiently and professionally. When I opened the package, the muffin was not in an enclosed plastic cover separately. It was packed with the burger and chips. When I removed everything I checked the burger because I don't like it with pickles. That was removed but there was no cheese on neither tomato, just plainly the two dry chicken burgers and lettuce mixed with mayo. This was very odd for me and questioned whether it is sold like this or not?I normally order from McDonald's but last night was just very disappointing.I have attached some pictures.I know we all get tired and I appreciate the efforts of the staff working but if the company has a level of service it assures its client's that level of service must be provided.Kind regardsSergio

If I could give less the one star I would I literally had the simplest order and they still messed it up at the first window and almost over charged us then went to the second window and waited over 40 minutes only to find out they didn't give us our one burger then when I went back to get it fixed they were very unhelpful I mean I know it's McDonald's but what the heck

Overall, my experience at McDonald's Montague Gardens was mixed. The food quality and service seemed to vary, with some visits being better than others. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant decor was good. The interior felt clean, and the bathrooms were sleek and modern. The menu had a good variety of items at reasonable prices. However, I did feel a bit uncomfortable due to the presence of vagrants who were pestering drive-thru customers for food and money.

The absolute worst mc donalds you will ever get. Staff unprofessional. They ALWAYS get ur food wrong. I ordered via uber eats and I received a burger with no sauce. My colleagues i work with always order food nearly everyday and food is always missing or wrong and fries will forever be stale. I think once I had to send food back 3 times because they don't know how to read instructions.. so from my delivery driver I had to send someone over to the store to exchange it and then again it was wrong and then I had to go back again. U can't even call because there is no number to call the store directly. And customer service online is non existent. Pathetic. Don't waste ur time and money. I attached the picture with my burger that had no sauce

My favourite McDonalds. Staff always helpful and friendly. Closes a bit early. Once or twice for I've cream in the drive though with no spoons, which sucked. But always clean and the food consistent

I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin. When I checked there was no cheese on. When I went back in and asked that they forgot my cheese after I had to turn back. I received my correct order but it's not like the other McD's I've went to. Not impressed at all.

Not happy with their food at all.We came there with a good appetite, expecting a good meal.The fries was half raw and the burger literally feel apart, the bun itself crumbled into pieces.Absolutely terrible, what a disappointment!
