Clarens Interiors

We had the privilege of staying in the loft for 2 weeks in October 2020. What an amazing surprise it was. We were allowed to take our 2 small pekes with as well. The loft is a very spacious 2 bedroom unit with a large open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a very spacious living area and a balcony giving you a great view of the mountains. We were welcomed with a very nice freshly backed slice of Dez's cakes. Pieter was very friendly and willing to assist with anything we might need. We received references for good food and a quick idea of which shops had changed owners since our last visit. Anything we needed was a whatsapp away and it miraculously appears at the bottom of the stairs.Annelize went out of her way to try and accommodate us as the pandemic forced us to make a few changes to our booking. Anel made a good effort to check in with us during our stay and making sure all is in order. We were able to extend our stay at a moments notice without a problem. Pieter also made sure we were aware of any town issues (water shortage) and more than offered to make sure we had enough water available during the maintenance time.We had such a great time, and the best of all is, everything in town was within walking distance from the loft. We could take the dogs out with us or we could leave them in the house with closed room doors for a bit, we did not have to take them on every walk. We will definitely recommend anyone to have a stay here. Additional services that we requested due to the long duration of our stay was a change in linen and a load of washing to be done, and we were able to arrange it without any hassle.Thank you Anel, Annelize, Dez ad Pieter for all your hospitality and being there if we needed anything. Always friendly, willing to assist and always smiling. It was really a holiday to remember for us.

This is a lovely place with wonderful finds for your home. Unfortunately the attitude of the staff ruined the experience. The condescending and unfriendly manner was off putting. They made you feel stupid and unwelcomed.

I happened to stumble upon their website, needing linen quite urgently. I came right instantly. I can only say thank you for your excellent, friendly and prompt service. You made my day. Will definitely shop with you again. Thank you!

The most delightful home store! Absolutely loved the unique and beautiful Christmas decorations that I bought from here today. Can’t wait to put them up next Christmas. Would love to come back with some extra cash next time and buy some other things. Also great to just browse this store!

Bought two beautiful cushions from Clarens Interiors online. The dancing puttis is especially beautiful, a must have. Amazing little shop with regularly updated stock of luxurious linen and home decor items. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Their prices are also reasonable. I always stop at this store during a stay in Clarens.
