Terrible service from both Head Office and sales people and management. Even if I want something from you here I would never go back. Shocking experience!

Bought furniture from them a month ago, 12 items altogether, have still not received one single item; delivery was meant to take place on 8 August, took off work and drove 300km from Richards Bay to take delivery as promised, on the day I waited and waited and eventually phoned the branch, I was told that the delivery was not going to happen as they were waiting for one of the items; no one bothered to phone to inform me of this, ever since then no one phones to keep me updated unless I phone, constant excuse of “waiting for the container”, really pathetic service, even the head office does nothing, complained to them via e-mail, received a generic response and nothing further! Still waiting! Rather buy from someone who values their clients and actually gives delivers your goods, this lot could not be bothered after they have your hard earned cash!

We recently ordered the Orlando 3 seater as well as the standford U sofa. As I did the custom color of volcanic charcoal for the standford I was initially warned of a long waiting period - just over a month, however, it was delivered within the same month and had the first order of the Orlando delivered immediately followed by the standford all within the same month. Their service was quick, professional & the quality of the goods are amazing. The custom volcanic charcoal color is brilliant - especially having two young kids around it’s not a full on black but dark enough to not always need a clean thanks to dirty & sticky little fingers!!
