Entered the place, staff is not friendly and guys doing the pizza ddnt look hygiene so we left without buying. It's one thing that they make it in front of u bt then they have to ensure that they look clean.

Last Friday of the month and their computer system went down. I had ordered a takeaway by phone and after 30 minutes went to collect. Chaos - they confirmed my order and then I waited a further 40 minutes. To be fair, they had called out an order number before but as the computer system was down this hadn't been given to me. Manager was rude and unapologetic. So an hour and twenty minutes to get a pizza from phone call to collection and no apology from the manager.

Placed a big order for a tertiary institution's senate meeting. The day of the delivery (today) I was informed by the manager/owner I placed it late. We did not get the food hours late, however, the nerve to be called a liar stating I placed it 40 min before delivery. The lady I placed the order with two days prior, confirmed via mail that I did indeed placed it two days prior, however, management there needs to learn how to talk to clients. I suggested paying via EFT, however, I was first asked to pay via card. It is just curious that the same time and day I was asked to rather pay EFT, was the same time and day the owner said the order was placed. Food was good, did not wait hours, however, to outright call a customer a liar and turning the tables against a customer, that is serious PR and internal communication issues.

Although I truly enjoy their pizza I believe it is completely over priced. In the last 2 years the pizzas went up by R50. Every thew months the prices just get higher and higher.

Pizza is always great when we order and pick up directly at the restaurant. Service is friendly and prompt. But when we ordered for delivery, we waited over an hour and a half for the pizzas. According to Maps it's a 7 minute drive. After calling about the status of our order twice, the restaurant said they couldn't get hold of the driver. We did get a 50% discount on the food but don't expect a hot pizza if you order for delivery

Pizza Perfect Queens wood. Waited for a delivery order for more than 2.5 hours after the food apparently left the store. The office just kept on saying the driver is almost there or the driver is a street away. We live 3.2km so should take 5 minutes. Had to drive to the shop and pick up the order, upon arriving at the shop the was another conversation about the supposed order that is out and that the driver is now at the gate where we live. Eventually they made a new order which took more time. No refunds or discounts were offered after the delivery was also paid. I was a first time client to this specific store and I am not keen on supporting them again.

Ordered an hour ago sitting and waiting no one can tell you the pizza is ready. When you go enquire it's been ready and now cold. If the owner isn't there forget about good service.Last time they will see me

Quality not as good as it used to be. Ordered two Greek salads and foccasia for collection . Got only one Greek salad. Waited for second salad to be made, which was not a huge issue. But at home, second salad was much smaller portion. Lettuce was that last inner part. No olives though. Only one salad had a few carrots strips. Don't think its worth the money. One foccasia was perfect the other one was raw and doughy. Very disappointing.
