I had a very unpleasant experience at the Securitas office in Maitland with the front office lady. She does not have a way of speaking to clients, it's not WHAT she said to me that I have a problem with it's HOW she said it and when I tried to question her she basically just blew me off and spoke over me as if I was not a paying customer telling me that I can't just rock up there to fetch my study material I have to call first and that she's not sure when I will get my study material because if the person in charge of printing is not in the mood to print then she won't. This is how they act when they already have your money.

Absolute shocking interaction with a security guard at Century City centre, Park Lane, trying to get into the parking for the pediatrician. He was on service at 8am. Told me they are not allowed to let us in due to my expired license disk (I was unaware of) and would not allow me to even drop my 1 year old daughter an wife off and turn around and exit to find parking. I asked why as they are not law enforcement and NO other security service has ever prohibited me to park? No sign was up to even warn us. The way he spoke to us was extremely condescending and unprofessional. I pay to use the services of these business which they prohibited me to get to. He then proceeded to then report my car to a traffic officer, while i was at the pediatrician, which caused a R500 fine and continued to antagonize me when I tried to leave, saying They dont play games here" and "How dare I question his authority" as well as accused me of calling him "stupid"

If the awful, racist service I received at the parking garage near the Colloseum hotel is anything to go by, well.....what a disaster. Very unprofessional and to be blunt, uneducated staff with no manners or understanding of customer care. This is what our service industry is reduced to. Shocking.
