Getset returned my Afghan Konduz carpet with skew sides, warped and smelling damp after washing it.After many complaints they fetched it again only to return it faded also.No apologies, no offer to claim from their insurance or to refund my carpet or the washing. Only denial.Totally disappointed with the way in which they handle a come back after being a happy client for many years.Professional opinion of trusted Persian carpet experts: The carpet was washed incorrectly.First two photos of original carpet, last three of how it was returned.
