Vital Pool& Construction

I have been using Renserank Pool for pool services for more than 3yrs (which was good) and asked them to do renovations and general construction towards end of 2022 because it is listed as part of their servicesThe did renovations and modified some of the features that I did not ask for (permanently closing the drain). The pool is no longer working the same, they broke the water feature and incorrectly re-installed it. They promised to come back in Jan 2023 to finish off general construction and look into why the pool is not working the same, and fix my water feature, but have not showed up till today.They are now ignoring my calls and are not responding to my e-mails, when I call from a different number they answer, promise to come but they haven't thus far.
