Absolutely useless and pathetic. Even the call centre people let you how useless the organisation is. Rather use someone else at all costs. In fact part of new terms and conditions is that zero business will be done with me if there is any association with DSV at all.

The worst possible delivery service! I was suppose to receive my card between 8 and 10 in the morning! At 4 I received a call saying they are not delivering my parcel!

Many willingly leave complaints and not compliments.i have been trying to arrange delivery of my cards for 2 days now, transferred to department after department and offered no solution.I finally got to speak to a Team Leader, Pearl Mohasoane, what a phenomenal experience!!!Pearl diffused my apparent irritation in 5 seconds flat, listened politely to me, did not transfer me, offered a solution and followed up.Pearl, I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, you are efficient, helpful, pro-active and very well suited for your Managerial role. I hope you are recognised and appreciated, you are an asset to your team and an absolute star!!Thank you so much!!

Worst service l have ever received. I recieved a message from DSV to collect my parcel at one of their lockers which is 10km from my home. Went there to collect my parcel and the locker couldn't open. It kept giving me error message. I called the customer service and l was told my parcel was expired which was not true because it was supposed to expire in 2 days from the day l wanted to collect. They later told me the locker is faulty. I was told to go back home and wait for DSV to sent me another message after they fixed the locker. I wasted my time and money

Been waiting for my delivery and when I phone to track it I get told the driver did not find my address or the driver returned my parcel. The service has been very very bad. Useless to say the least

If there were absolutely NO starts I would have chosen that option! The driver was informed that we would be 10 min, he acknowledged that he has no other deliveries. On our way to the delivery spot - which took as way less than 10minutes- we try and phone him to tell him we are near. He switched off his phone. So next thing, we phone DSV, the customer care assistant-very unprofessional- as we tell our story she says she will phone him. We were on wait for 10 minutes.After which, she told us that he already left for another delivery (fib 1), we explained that there were no such thing, we then requested to speak to the manager which she informed us we that he is not in office but we can speak to the driver…. So suddenly he is available again? So she puts us on hold again 16 minutes….. while this happening we phoned the call centre again and Tobelo picks up and assists with the manager Rudolph (fib 3 which apparently is there).So customer care person 1, from call 1, says she finally managed to find the driver (which means she never called the first time around) so we just kindly declined any further help because you cannot trust this woman which is a very bad reputation for this company….To be continued….

I had a delivery that arrived at UPS warehouse in kempton park, and then it got transferred over to DSV for delivery on the 25th. DSV online tracking says it will be delivered 26th November. 26th November goes past, 27th Nov goes past, 28th…nothing. 29th I get the delivery. Finally. I had to continuously call DSV customer service for some assistance. I wasted a lot of my airtime being on hold.

My delivery person arrived at the wrong address and returned my parcel to the depot
