Store unwilling to swap sealed pampers size 2 for a larger size. We had a nappy party and were not concerned about sizes due to the policy to trade in. Now they back tracked on that policy. I will never support your business again

Terrible service and an extremely unhelpful manager. They messed up with my registry and duplicates were purchased. This amounted to a substantial sum of money and they refused to give cash back. When I suggested that their registry system was flawed the manager blamed the customers.

Employees look tired , and when you walk in you dont feel welcome at all. This is for Baby city the colony , the place feels dead, .Stock is also so limited, you come a long way only to find there is one dish left, or there is one colour baby blanket, it just lacks variety .

worst service and a manager with attitude Never setting a foot again in that store? When u buy electronic make sure it is working while u are at the store as later they come with excuse of we will send to the supplier even if it is within 24Hrs !!!!!

Magical sale was terrible. Staff are not preparing the store for sale. I asked about a special for nappies and was sent to spot for nappies which were not on sale. Staff do not put on marketing promos so customers can get duped into paying full price. Assistant manger Natalie needs to be trained in customer service and controlling her temper and attitude. You are better off taking the trip to sandton city and Randburg

Terrible customer service. I went in to open up a gift registry but they refused to help, they told me to do it online. I said I want to do it in the store because I want to feel the products but they refused. They were too busy leaning on the counter to help me. They were just too lazy to assist!
