I am disappointed in the service of iCare. I purchased a mouse and when I tried to use it, the mouse did not operate properly. Upon trying to return the product for my refund, I was told it works on their machine so i couldnt return it. This is not acceptable to me. I will be sure not to recommend or purchase from an iCare store again. By the way, I'm pretty sure the CPA is very clear on refund and return...perhaps look into this.

I took my tablet in for repairs about two weeks ago the service was excellent my tablet was repaired the same day and the cost for repairs was very reasonable I highly recommend Icare repair solutions

NO stars!! Don't even have words to explain how bad this business is! They the worst. A year ago they try fix my laptop and give it back to me 3 weeks late. They said 2 days. Then I have missing screws. The new SSD crashed and they had to put another one. Probably put a second hand one in that's why. So then they take long again and then my screen is damaged.. got a orange mark on the bottom right corner. There were no screws in the laptop. They lost the screws so they decided to give it back with none and hope for the best that it doesn't fall apart! Ridiculous. I'm surprised they've lasted this long.. surely out of pure luck and I don't like any of your attitudes. Yes you I'm talking to you! How you supposed to run a business like that. Sales, marketing is supposed to be a good vibe not this angry defensive mode. You're guilty that's why! This place should have been gone before a year. I decided to buy Air pod earphones 2 days ago and they were so uncomfortable and giving me bruised ears. Is so sore now and he wouldn't let me swop for other ones. Also doesn't charge properly on the one earphone. Speaking of charge they charged me way too much for 480gb SSD. R1350 for that when my uncle showed me a week after that I could have got the same one if not better for R700 only

iCare went above and beyond in helping me replace my S6 Edge + battery, going out of their way to return my phone as soon as possible out of their business hours on a Saturday.After being quoted R1200 and 7 days by the brand shop in Umhlanga, I was delighted that iCare could sort it within a day at half the cost. I can see an improvement in my phone life already :)iCare made contact with me, staying in touch and responding promptly to any queries I had.
