I have found this Remax brach to be unethical in the way of conducting business.When a purchaser is in breach of the so called OTP or contract..the agency is supposed to take action with the purchaser to rectify the breach..ie payment of deposot on the due date.This contract was handed to the conveyancers before the deposit was paid and as such it was requested to put the purchaser on terms...and now I am expected to pay the conveyancers for placing the purchaser on terms. I do not recommend using Remax for the sale of your property..they have no consideration for the seller.

Im nomore happy with Remax bela bela as we purchased an apartment from them in April on our arrival to the apartment in june the shower door was broken and we reported immediately and the sales person promised to fix it but now its 6 months n the door is still waiting for her to fix it i dont know how i should communicate with them anymore cause even my emails are not being answered,its like once they get the money they dont care.

Wasn’t really interested in finding us a place or making any suggestions
