Poor store packing and shelving, Not so impressed with how the store addressed the load shedding problems.Clients had to wait on the cue after strolling around the store picking the items to be purchased, only to be informed by the Cashier that there is no Network, and in fact “all items on promo will have to be purchased as per normally Price.No formal announcement of the Incident in time by management , until customers start to grumble.Poor management, Poor merchandising and shelves packing .

Store is busy. Easy to identify the departments. Cashiers needs to improve customer service, greeting customers, offering shopping bags and smart shoppers cards. Also cashiers and packets should stop talking amongst each other while serving customers

The que was horrible and the tellers were limited. They gave priority more to express tills while we had to que for an hour and a half for bulk purchases. Management needs to up their game this is ridiculous.
