The Fish & Chips Co

Neat new shop. Not all items on the menu were available. Cashier was friendly. On collection of tood I asked if fish was inside the boxes as we ordered 1 small fish and chips an 2 medium fish and chips, the cashier responded yes. When we arrived at home only the small piece of fish was with the chips , medium fish was missing. We went back and upon arrival they apologized as the medium fish stayed behind. They made a fresh hot order, as per our request. They apologized again when bringing our order to the table. They did redeem themselves, I appreciate that. Onion rings are very tasty, just a bit oily. Fish portion is adequate. Chips is nice an crunchy but can be a little softer.

Client service really went down the drain hey! First makkie gets the order wrong then secondly i have to go back and ask for salt and spice and a fork then when i get my chips back the vinegar is running through the box as if the purposely drenched the chips because i asked for spice and salt please, get your client service up to date please. Thanks

13.05.2023The shop is pretty spacious and clean. With enough chairs and tables.On this particular day the only had three people working (Well I only saw 2 ladies and a gentleman)The waiting time was long for a non-busy hour.The cashier was friendly and welcoming.
