Great service and views. They will also offer to press the olives from your garden to create your own home grow olive oil. Sadly they don't come and pick them as well ;p

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL OWNERAlthough the quality of the olives were exceptional, the attitude of the male owner was distasteful and repulsive! He was very hostile towards customers and has a very short temper. This rude grumpy old man is definitely not an asset to the local tourism sector. When asking around in town, I heard that lots of customers have complained about his rudeness, which resulted in them not supporting his business anymore.

Terrible experience. It seemed that the old man behind the counter was the owner; either way when arriving there were not even greeted properly. First thing was with a hostile tone he indicated no dogs allowed. In fact it was a kitten we were carrying and not a dog plus we do understand some places are not pet friendly but atleast indicate it in a friendly tone. We immediately walked out and wont recommend the place to anyone. Sad that with businesses struggling they still take this tone and manner when there are plenty of other welcoming businesses. Not a good reflection to tourists if these are representatives of Riebeeck Kasteel.

We enjoyed our visit to the olive boutique. The owners, Derrick and Susan are very proud of their products, and they should be. The award-winning olive oils are smooth but fragrant and the different olive varieties and flavours were delicious to taste. We litterally bought a jar of everything! We also recommend getting a jar of their capers if you like something with a tang for pre-meal snacks. For a more personal experience, this is definitely a must.

Derrick was super informative with his knowledge about different varieties of olives and the different uses for it. Susan won amazing prices. Having said that - it was a lovely experience in their quaint olive store
