Amazing service! Sandra and the team were so friendly and polite.I am doing a renovation and had no idea about design and I was pleased to find out that Kantili have professional in house Interior Designers.I was blown away with the presentation of their showroom and the variety of tiles they had to choose from.Definitely would recommend Kantili for your next project.

Huband and I went in with a rough idea of what we wanted for our bathroom reno and walked out 20 minutes later very happy with samples and everything ordered. The team were very friendly and helpful. Appreciate it, thank you.

What an amazing product and service . Many thanks to Sandra , we visited many tiles stores looking for a perfect tile for our balcony and stopped looking when we met Sandra at Kantili Tiles . The service was exceptional from start to finish from her . She went above and beyond to ensure they were delivered on time and I was very happy .Many thanks would highly recommend her and Kantali Tiles.

Shocking customer service. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this shop.We visited this shop to see Sandra as recommended by our builder but the customer service we received was zero. The staff at the reception said Sandra will be with us shortly as she is busy. Since no one ever came to us after 30 minutes, I went and asked the staff at the reception if there was anyone that I can ask a few questions. Surprise! she said she can help!There was no explanation about what they sell or there was not a single recommendation at all. There wasn't a single attempt to sell anything really. The staff suggested that we can to another shop or check their Instagram page for some of the done-up bathrooms. When we asked for samples, yes, we got them c'mon ; just tell the customer what colour goes with what and what designs people choose etc without disappearing into your own little world! I'm sure that's what you get paid for.As suggested by Kantili tiles, we went to that particular shop and bought our tiles. Staff there was amazing! They were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Thanks Kantili for the recommendation!I think the owner should just run an Instagram page and put up a sign to divert his customers to the shop that their staff recommend without running the shop because that's what their team is doing anyway.

Great staff, lovely showroom and a wide range of floor and wall tiles to choose from. They were very welcoming and even offered a coffee on arrival!

From the first day we have been using Kantili tiles they have been nothing but professional and incredibly accommodating for all our clients. Beautiful well made tiles combined with expert knowledge and design. Highly recommend.

I've been to this tile shop on more than one occasion to browse through their selection. Each time, Sandra has been there to help me. She is very busy though. If you're after some design advice, there is a designer who can offer assistance. She can help shortlist" the tiles for you if you have an idea of what you're after because you will be overwhelmed by the number of tiles they have the first time you walk into their showroom. Once you have an idea of where the tiles are

The attitude of the manager Sandra is terrible! I went to this shop to buy 300m tiles. Two sales were just sitting down their chairs and not even look at me. I asked for only One sample to test the quality. Sandra answered they don't have sample and must order from Sydney. I double checked with them can I bring oil to test the only one tile shows on their table because of it will used in kitchen area. Another sales said yes. But the rediculous thing is Sandra said she is not allowed me to test the tile in their shop when I come back. She never saw any customer testing tile in the shop in her experience". Customer can spend $30 to buy the sample. Of course I can buy it. But why she say no sample before? Why another sales allow me to test before? I really can't understand this kind of sales. They are pushing customer out of this store and damage the reputation of Kantill. Not recommend."
