Random Harvest Country Cottages

My stay at Random Harvest was amazing. It is the perfect place for those seeking to escape the city's buzz and become surrounded by nature. My room was so cozy and the fresh farm milk and cream was such a delight!I highly recommend Random Harvest. Paul and his team are awesome and go the extra mile. Thank you so much for everything!

Went for a bird walk and it was absolutely amazing. Buffet breakfast afterwards and a quick pop in at the shop for some take away biscuits. Most friendly staff and excellent service.

Beautiful tea garden situated in a nursery for a day out with the family.They also do events like baby showers at the tea garden.If you just feel like taking a stroll in nature this is a hidden gem that must be explored

Amazing location, facilities and service. The place is very quiet and really feels like you're in a totally different world.

We experienced a very unpleasant visit. We had a wedding, after the wedding we arrived back to our cottage with no power. We phoned management and they refused point blank to switch on the generator, it is too expensive was her words. One of the guests, woman alone, had to drive back to Klerksdorp in the early hours, because she could not charge her phone and she had to work the next morning.We stayed at Random Harvest for two nights and the power was off both nights. First night 23:00 - 1:00 and 2:00 - 4:00, second night 00:00 - 4:30. Out of the loadshedding schedules. Without notifying guests. All other surrounding plots had electricity. It seems like they are switching off their power to save cost.PS We paid the accomodation up front and in full, and this was the service we received.

What an amazing place, it really felt like I was so far away from everything. Peaceful, fresh air, great for relaxing. Great service. Thank you David and Paul for making our Christmas weekend so amazing. Your service is amazing and you assisted us with smiles with everything we needed.

From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and envokes peace and calm.The courteous staff are friendly and helpful. The cottages set in between the beautiful nursery gardens are clean and neat and you have everything you need at hand. . I arrived back late after a wedding and a staff member with a torch guided me back safely to the cottage where I found the cottage warmed up nicely. This was so welcomed on a cold evening. The lovely tea garden serves great food with a friendly smile. I would recommend a visit any time for a day trip or stay over, I wish I could stay longer.It is also close to wedding venues and other places of interest in the area.Overall excellent service. Well done.

We had the most amazing breakfast in the tea garden and will return for many more. Located on 40 hectares you can hardly believe you are in Africa's largest city as it is so tranquil. The self catering cottages are spacous, well decorated and offers everything your heart desires.

This is the perfect quiet weekend getaway for any person living in Gauteng. From Pretoria it's approximately a 60km drive towards Krugersdorp.The farm is very quiet and well maintained. The accommodation further caters for most of your needs.There is also a nursery onsite with restaurant of which the prices are more than fair.I highly recommend Random Harvest Country Cottages!
