How is it possible that management can appoint people who do not 100% know their own menu?And how is it possible that you wait for an hour and a half for your order, just to phone and follow up on why the delivery has not been made yet, just to find out that the order was not placed in the first place?How incompetent are these people that work at Debonairs in Vaalpark?! Worst service in a very long time!!!!!

Generally an average experience and interaction, but was not pleased when i made the small mistake of not realizing my online order was set to collect and not Deliver. It took multiple phone calls to change it to deliver and after confirming for delivery i still received phone calls asking when i would collect, when it did eventually get delivered the driver was incredibly rude also stating it was for collect. So heaven forbid you make a mistake on your order.

sent an email yesterday concerning my order. I am very disappointed in what I received yesterday. I am a regular customer and what I got was not what I am used to getting at debonairs. I ordered a creamy veg pizza with a sparkling strawberry water. When my delivery came the pizza was almost out of the box, the toppings were everywhere except on the pizza the cheese was on the sides and my pizza was raw and not even cut. It was just thrown into the box. With that I also did not receive my water that I payed for. And you also don't get a hold of anybody when you want to make complaints.

I bought two large and I was not happy with the pizza. It was creamy chicken and babercue bacon.. It lacked toppings no meat at all just flat pizza. My family did not enjoy them at all. We normally by the 3 small pizzas and they are better than the large special. Please try to improve this otherwise you are loosing customers.

Placed an order Saturday, got delivered. Opened the pizza. Wrong toppings.Had to resort to twitter in order to complain because the store is unreachable. The twitter team, contacted the specific store.This branch didn’t listen to my specific orders. Luckily got my pizza replaced but was told I owe the shop a pizza. (Meaning the one that was delivered Saturday) When trying to place a call for the “inquiry department” option 2 (at the same store) she picks up but continues talking to whoever is in front of her. I was able to listen in on the conversation on what type of client I am.NEVER WILL I ORDER HERE AGAIN.

Sometimes after work your not in a mood of making dinner so you order your favourite pizza and then you pay alot of money then when your pizza arrives you get it this way... Its not acceptable and atleaste take pride of their work. Debonairs is not what it used to be..

Horrible service. Acceped online order, no delivery after an hour and 20 minutes. Phoned to ask if I can pick it up from the shop. Told yes it is ready, only to have to wait another 15 min when I arrived at their premises for them to actuallly make the pizza.

Always had good service in the past. Ordered a pizza on Friday night with extra olives and garlic. There was clearly no extra toppings as half of the pizza dont even have olives on it. The pizza was dry and cut in uneven pieces. Dont think I will order their again. Need consistency. Very disappointed.
