Our Petrol Attendant accidentally overcharged us whilst processing the payment but he apologized immediately and advised he was going to report the mistake to his Manager very pleasant Gentleman. The Manager came to help rectify the mistake and refunded us the difference in cash. Truly loyal and honest Employees are certainly Keepers and we in turn thanked him for his immediate honesty as we would not have noticed.
