they stole a Supreme shirt of mine that i had dry cleaned. It was worth $1000 limited edition and was a gift from a friend. When we asked where it is they just shrugged and still charged us for the rest of clothes I wish i could give them zero stars. Literally the worst laundry service in the world. I have used it twice (never again) and I never received my items back in due time. The management promises one thing, reassuring you that it will be ready in time but once you go to pick it up, they just let you know the clothes are not ready. Terrible service!!!!

Gave in several linen shirts - none of them got cleaned. Smelled worse than before and the stains aren’t out. Problem is that they probably won’t now- after not being properly washed.

they lost one of our bags and didnt even apologize. Also we had specified repeatedly that some items were strictly for dry cleaning and they washed the items in normal washing and the items are damaged

Please beware! These dry cleaners are atrocious. They simply have no regard for your personal items and the owners are completely unresponsive. My kelim carpet came back in tatters and it has been two months now - no answer from owners, Neil Swannepoel and Herman Carstens despite emails, phone calls and Whatsapps. DO NOT USE SWIFT if you want your goods in the same condition!

This company is appalling. I had a simple load of laundry done. When I received it back a pair of shorts was completely shredded in two places. The staff member on duty told me it was my fault because the shorts were old. I'm talking about a 10 inch tear down the centre and another 3 inch tear on the side in heavy duty cotton fabric. Not only was I not reimbursed for shorts I had to replace I wasn't even reimbursed the money I paid them to destroy them. The owner was nowhere to be found and is completely uncontactable. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT! They will ruin your clothes and take no responsibility. The owner also treats his staff in a disgusting and disrespectful manner!! Rather support a laundromat run by nice people who care about the quality of their work and the wellbeing of their staff.

On vacation we dropped our laundry off late day just before lead-shedding started. They said it would be ready about 4 the following day. I went in earlier around 3 and it wasn't ready. We had an early flight the next morning but they said not to worry it would be ready at 8AM and it was. Everything had been carefully folded, smelled fresh and was very clean. We were about to drive away and a lovely lady came out with my hat that I had left. I would get my laundry done here anytime.

Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this laundromat in Kloof street. I’ve been complaining about their drying machines OR SOMETHING leaving a residue on my sheets (I take my Airbnb linen every week) and I’ve had numerous occasions where they return my washing with brown stains on. Some of my sheets are not even white anymore !?!?!!The shop assistants knows about this !I explained and showed this to them but they simply don’t seem to care about it. They just don’t charge me for the items that were stained. No apology, No we will speak to the manage to try and sort it out - A pathetic NOTHING !!!My complaint is not about the staff.It’s actually their pathetic and poor management! If you only care about your restaurant table cloth business - then DONT PROVIDE A SERVICE TO THE PUPLIC!The lack of stars here speaks for itself - STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Parents were visiting and needed some clothes washed urgently. Even with load shedding on... they managed to accommodate me even though it was late. Clothes were washed and ironed and folded perfectly and put in a nice bag for collection. And the price point was very affordable . Best value for money in the gardens area .
