I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered from them on the 17th, paid on the 18th. I am currently printing everything in blue because I need my black ink. Their excuse why I don't have it on Friday still is they sent it to the wrong person. Sorry mam

I take my stars back. I ordered a toner from them it didn't even make 2000 copies and it is supposed to make 15000 + copies . They gave me another toner but it was half empty. I asked to return the toner I had no reply. I'm not sure if the so called technical manager checks their stock definitely not ordering again.

I bought 2 cartridges on the 8th and I am still waiting for them. I have sent them 2 emails and no response.sent another one today. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. So disappointed, I had to go buy cartridges elsewhere. Let's see if they will refund me. Mmmmm.

Unprofessional service after paying the deposit for the toner cartridges and was told that there is no stock. Nhlanhla is unprofessional, I don't recommend them
