What an experience. Just outside of Springbok this hotel has stunning views. The room was comfortable and the restaurant had great food. Would highly recommend if in the area.

Beautiful location of the hotel.Friendly staff.Clean bedrooms and linen.However more attention needs to be given to clean the bathrooms, shower and the mould in the bathroom ceiling.It would be nice to have changed new neat curtains.Breakfast buffet is always exceptional but dinner menu needs revision to include a variety of new healthy dishes.

The building is beautiful and nice but oh my it is very dirty. We got the room still garbage in the can and coffee cups still had coffee. We went out to ask for help then we meet the lady next door also going to ask for help to clean her room. She said it is dirty too. I really think they need to have training on hygiene. Too bad because it is such a nice place. It is sad.

Staff and management were accommodating. Found bedding to be dirty on arrival and our toilet kept on getting blocked. Don’t think we’d revisit.

Big downgrade from the previous 2 times we have stayed over. TV not tuned, shower very dirty, no warm blankets in room. No milk limited condiments. One bedside lamp not working, curtains perished. Went for dinner which was a disaster. No grape or appletisers, no puddings except mud cake, yet they have about 5 options on the menu. No wine except for one bottle of Chardanney in the whole restuarant and bar. The menu shows various types of wine. Was told there are no vegatables to serve so the pork chops with mash and pan fried veg was just mash and chops. Steak well done instead of Medium rare. Staff say they dont get stock. Not at all acceptable spoke to manager who stated that he had food after us and there was vegatables. Very dissapointing stay to say the least.

Had lunch here.Henry at reception has such a lovely warm smile when he greeted us. A real people's person and definitely an asset to any business as a front runnerFood was great and the waitress (Juanita) fussed over us.A very very relaxing lunch with an amazing mountain view as only Springbok can provide

Went to the restaurant.waitresses gives very p oor service.You can't come after 20 minutes of waiting for your food just to come and tell you the food you oredered is finish.,and not even apologizing and saying sorry.She just came with an attitude saying to me there isn't any more food.after 20 minutes of waiting.Wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Good value for money stay, rooms were okay with great views of the mountains. Their service can be improved by simple things like providing water for guests given how hot the place is or providing firewood for the boma. The food at the restaurant was good.
