Great service with personal attention to the vehicle.

My vehicle broke down about a month ago and was taken Henry Motors Nelspruit who assured me that they would fix it. Almost a month later, I do not have my vehicle back. All along I have been liaising with George, who now told me that they cannot fix my vehicle and I should come and collect it, he will be charging me for storage costs of R250 per day effective today (bear mind I stay out of town). He further says that he will invoice me for the full amount, which, when I queried on the basis that the car was not repaired. George got very aggressive with me. I then requested that he places the old broken parts in the vehicle and I will arrange towing and that he must share copies of the invoices where he bought the new parts from so that I can have these for warranty purposes. George refused to do so and threatened me that I will lose the guarantee if anyone else touches the vehicle, I will have to bring the vehicle to his workshop each time there is a problem. I am pursuing legal action against his and his workshop on the basis that he is charging me full price for a vehicle that has not been fixed, storage costs (knowing very well that I stay out of town) and on the basis of refusing to be transparent about the new parts and sharing the invoices for the parts that I would have technically paid for if I settle the full amount.A very unhappy customer

I had major engine damage caused by a Cambelt failure on the 23rd of December 2020 (cambelt service not done at Henrys). Henry motors was very kind and assisted us to get a rental car even though they were closed already. They repaired our car were transparent with the required repairs. I highly recommend using Henry Motors.
