Bad experience, it switches off even though payment was made, invoicing makes no sense, I upgraded my speed but it made no difference. Not sure if its still a new company finding its feet but I do not recommend at this point

Firstly I have signed up for the 50mb download and 25mb upload package at our new home a month before we actually moved in, in that month I would pop in to check the speeds and with 1 device connected I never got more than 35mb download speeds.Secondly the user interface is not private and i always seem to struggle to log in, when attempting to change the password it gives an error, saying 'email address not found' on the system which is very frustrating.Lastly and most importantly, every a statement is sent on time via which is good, however in order to make payment you need to log in to your account to do so, which would be fine if you are to do so( referencing previous point), that said I received my statement and login to make payment but couldn't login. I then made an electronic payment to account details provided on the statement sent every month, this was done the 5th September and 2 service tickets later, messaging the representative with no response and calling in to the accounts department with also answer, I this is a matter of a payment but if there's a problem with my internet how long do you have wait to be sorted???Especially when internet is people's livelihoods these day

I'm switching service providers, I get switched off even though I've never failed on payment. it happened 3 times already. customer service isn't great either. I'd rather use a 5g modem than have to deal with this ISP (if you can even call them that!).
