Finally I got a call back from this service centre. The feedback I got, was that I needed to take down my review because I am wrong.So I still do not get a professional that handled my car, to clarify for me? The feedback I got when I collected the car, is exactly what I explained to them before they took it in on Monday.I am still not ok with this. I still got the same lady I spoke to at reception when I collected the car and made payments. If I had refused that day and paid for diagnostics only, was I going to get my car back? I doubt.I asked that they diagnose and call me back. The service tech that morning even confirmed that it might not be necessary to service it if they picked up the fault, and yet, they still continued without letting me know.Do I need to take down this review as well?

Great experience. Gunther and his team went the extra mile helping me with the EFS suspension set up and I would happily recommend them to anyone interested.

Shaun, who is the manager or owner or whatsoever is extremely RUDE!!I mean I won’t be fixing my car for free I am paying. Learn from other Service providers. Your service is an extreme DISGRACE!

Disappointed that I paid almost R900 to be told that I'd need to take my vehicle to a specialist when the issue was exactly as I suggested it was when booking the appointment.It was ready for collection in the afternoon and I arranged to collect it the next morning. When I arrived, the gentleman that assisted me was not aware of this (and insisted otherwise) so they had to move the cars to get it out of the workshop.I was hoping that the vehicle would at least be cleaned, but that wasn't the case.

Mmm, I dont know. One Bosch agency tells me I have to replace my engine mountings because they are shot, then this one tells me, No they look fine! How is that possible. They seem to make the Service price low, but then charge you a ridiculous price to replace brakes...
