Madri didn’t send me the quote, and hasn’t replied to my last 3 (polite) emails.Shocking service, not sure how a company survives with staff that don’t bother replying to a customer ready to purchase

I had a terrible experience! I sent my design to an employee, got an invoice and payed. 5 working days later I called to see if it was finished as it says it takes 5 - 7 working days. The people had no idea about my order. They said the lady who was helping me got fired. Meaning they had not checked any of the work she had been doing. (excuses) I had to again send my proof of payment and design. I got another email asking if i want design A or design B. I sent the design, that is what I want, why have they changed my design to now have 2 options?! Finally my design is ready, I collect it with no apologies. I will NOT be using this company or recommending them!

Great service, I contacted them while I was in JHB on behalf of a client and they sorted all that I wanted to be done with ease, plaques were done to what client wanted. They even delivered where I wanted the plaques to go, so overall I was impressed considering the distance. If you need any signs done this is your go to place and they are also very efficient.
