I have used Tonnesen before but today's visit wasn't about me. I was helping a Lady in her late 70's by taking her to the garage. There was a problem and the Ladies" behind the counter stepped up to the plate. Their response was "Classy and Professional." I was really impressed

Very helpful team at Tonneson. I had my brakes replaced I was also informed of other items needing attention on my car. Service was quick a d they do have a lounge area to wait while your vehicle is being attended to.

Very disappointing service. Went there to replace 1 tyre. It was suggested by the manager that I should replace 2 rear tyres as well as they were 6 years old. Trusting her, I did that. While my car was being serviced the following day, I was informed that my tyres were in fact under 4 years old. After a telephonic conversation, it was suggested that I bring my car in and have my original tyres replaced and that I would be refunded............

Compared to another big franchise I was pleasantly surprises by the much better service received. Went there by referral from my mechanic about a sound from the front left. Was sceptical when greeted by a woman (I know - terrible of me!). She escorted me to the waiting lounge which was sound proof and functional, but even without the bells and whistles of the big franchise down the road, it was 100% better to wait in. After a few minutes they came and fetched me, took me to my car and showed me the issue (in my case the CV joints and seating boot). I was given a quote in seconds, and given a timeline which exceeded my expectations. I was dropped at my house. At exactly the time quoted I was called and told the driver is on his way to collect me. I will most certainly use them again. Well done Tonnesen!
