Your shoddy, rushed workmanship at Soralia Village in Capricorn, Muizenberg, is costing me thousands and I have no insurance, being a cash buyer. I have only lived here since December 2018 and have uncovered the most disastrous surprises, especially with regard to plumbing ... and I am not alone. Virtually every home has major faults in every aspect of construction, including on the electrical side. If I had legal recourse I would sue. I see you don't even bother to respond to HelloPeter reviews, so couldn't care less about your reputation, while you keep raking in the shekels. Thank you for making Lockdown so much worse.

Bought a unit at Buh-rein retirement village moved into the unit in September 2021. As is the case with all new developments there was a number of snags. I reported the problems to Mariska and Natasha at client services and all the problems was attended to promptly and fixed. I am satisfied with their assistance.

Quality is down the drain. Complex in Buh Rein estate. Everything is falling apart and building is only 5 years old. Will never buy anything that MSP touched.

What a terrible Developer. We have been having issues upon issues since we bought a place in Buh Rein Estate. We are not the only people in our complex that have been having issues. Starting the process to log complaints against them and to seek legal advice against them. DO NOT BUY PROPERTY FROM MSP.

If you are planning to use these people to build something for you can acceptHuge delays, poor communication, they come first and customer second, poor brick layers… & probably more to come. I’ll update my post as they struggle a long with our house.
