Food (breakfast) was superb - friendly service, food as ordered and a wonderful grilled bacon. The coffee was unusually hot, as you normally have to send coffee back to be re-heated.Highly recommended.

Passionately managed. The people working here, love to work at Spur. They are willing to serve and make the most of your Spur experience.The vibe, especially of someone is having a birthday celebration, is lively and fun filled.The kids play area and the outside sit area are clean on well laid out.The food is well prepared and served without waiting too long.Great team and staff!

This is now the third time in one month that we are having a bad experience.Firstly every drink we ordered you guys don't have. Secondly we arrived at the door and there was no waiter at the door so we went to the table by our self we were sitting there for 15 minutes that the waiters passed by our table and no one asked if we were attended to not even a menu so we went and asked for a menu. Yes the menus were given to us but no one asked if they can help us. I blame it on the managers they dont even supervise in the restuarant so we had to ask to see one. Thirdly we went there again this morning, the waiter were friendly and took our order. After an hour I went to the grill were the manager were standing an asked how is it possible to wait over an hour just for a sandwich that we have order , and all he said is I'm sorry. I don't think this is fair and I will definitly spread the news. You guys will never see me again because you management is pathetic.

We had a very great service by a trainee waiter named Gift , however the food was not the greatest . I ordered 3 kids burgers from the kiddies menu and they were all extremely dry and un appetizing , the burgers were so dry that I was scared the kids would choke . I ordered the Buffalo wings and ribs combo although it was absolutely delicious the portion was not , I felt I did not get a good value for my money . If the meal was R234 then I expected a bigger portion . Other than that other meals ordered were up to standard

The customer service was good. It wasn't very busy when I came at night. They took a bit of a while to make the food, but it was delicious none the less. Although, they put too much sauce on the steak. I didn't mind.

Travelling on a Sunday to avoid traffic can be fun but is frustrating when you find most places closed. Was super thankful when Spur was open and could have a delicious meal before heading to a nearby accomodation!

Friendly service, usually good food. Even went out of their way to serve a dish that was not on the menu. We loved the doors that were opened with your foot, particularly in the toilet.
