At your service removals

To start, unfortunately google forces you to at least select one star or else I would have left it with nothing because that's what the service that was provided, NOTHING. All we received was lots of stories and no action. After paying a deposit a while before the pick up date and discussions, we settled on a pick up date of 27 Nov 2021. We were told that morning they would be there by 8am. No one pitched up. We were told later they were leaving Pretoria. Then for a few hours, we received no calls and no one answered our calls. Hours later we were told the truck broke down, this still cannot be confirmed. The day went on with lots of stories. Chantelle called and agreed there needs to be proper communication, guess what, Chantelle never called back and did not answer u to today. I called the so called Ops manager, Matthew. He answered and said he will find out what the plan was even though he said he was not working that weekend. Guess what, he didn't call back and never answered. In fact I think he blocked my number. Then there is the main protagonist, Richard. Sweet talker from the start, a true salesman but has not until today delivered on ANYTHING. He continuously told lots of stories. AT 7pm on the Sunday, Richard said another truck would come on Sunday morning at 9am. As expected no truck arrived at all after lots of calls and promises throughout the day. This was the worse weekend ever, not knowing if they were going to come and not been able to make alternative arrangements. Feelings of anger, frustration and having no control of the situation. On Monday morning we received an sms from Richard saying the one truck broke down and the other is full so he will refund our deposit. So now we were delayed. The new owners of our house had to be delayed to take ownership, all due to this company that has the word service in their name and provided none. Until today, after calls from us and calls from Richard promising to repay our deposit, NOTHING has happened. I am still not convinced if these guys even exist. There are Hello Peter reviews, but i'm still not sure if they really operate. My message is a simple one, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"."
