Lansdowne Auto Electric

The second time I've had Lansdowne Auto work on my Polo and they exceeded expectations once again. Efficient, honest and cost-effective service from both management and staff, offered by friendly people. Can definitely recommend and will not likely use a different auto-lec if in the Southern Suburbs.

I was needing repairs to my central locking which was way overdue but costly.I was referred to LAE who were professional in helping me make a huge decision. Once I decided to go ahead with their service after many phone calls with questions which they patiently took :-) they replaced my central locking system for a reasonable cost which I had been budgeting for, even though Januworry.Appreciated the professional, quality and insightful service they provided. Would definitely recommend their services. Great team, thank you!

Me again. Took my vehicle back to Landsdowne Auto Electrical. So the last time I had a problem with the vehicle not wanting to start. After about a week the problem started again. Yesterday a young man by the name of Jacque, discovered that it was one of my battery terminals. They replaced it for me free of charge as they could not detect the problem the last time. Excellent service guys. Once again. I will recommend you guys to all in need of electrical or other related services.Friendly and helpful from Owner/Management and staff. Took my car in late morning and issues were resolved early in the afternoon. I was even advised on other matters not related to what I took the car in for. Thank you for your excellent service guys.

Not sure how to rate this company, came highly rated but I received exceptionally poor service after they serviced my engine it did not perform properly, my car could hardly drive even after they tested it. After getting it back it showed more faults and the initial problem with the car became even worse than the first time. Everything about their service sucks including the price. Highly not recommended, paying double and all the trouble sucks even more.

I took my vehicle here, they indicated that they would check it out and the 1st 15minute would be of no charge. After waiting for a technician to become available, he checked the fuse box under the bonnet which did not even take 3 minutes and everything was fine. He looked for the second fuse box for almost 10 minutes and could not find it, he asked me to pull the vehicle in and checked again. As soon as he found the fuse box inside the vehicle the manager came to me and told me that they will now have to charge me. I told him that he should leave it and I left. I went to Cosmo auto electric from there in Athlone and in 10 minutes the guy fixed my fault by changing a fuse and a bulb. The price I paid was not even half of what they asked me including parts Labour and kind service.I will never recommend anyone to use this place as the service was utterly disappointing.

I was duly impressed from the moment I googled and called them. The gentleman spoke nicely, he then remembered my name throughout our conversations, and they did a great job on the car. When I collected my vehicle they had not done one small thing on my car - the young guy working there sorted it out chop chop!

The headlights and indicators had been faulty on my delivery vehicle, I explained how urgently I needed to keep the vehicle on the road, the service was terrific. Repaired it while I waited and very reasonable charge. Good friendly service from the excellent manager

I arrived on a Monday morning . I could see the workshop had many vehicles lined up for repairs etc. I was called an hour after to confirm the electrical faults on my vehicle & less than 2 hrs later I drove my vehicle out, repaired fully. No fuss. THIS is world class service delivered professionally.
