We never had good experience, we never communicated properly that we leaving and we paid for such sins and left. A year late reason a letter demanding outstanding balance that we were not aware of it, visited place a lame a excuse-no this system sent a message cause you still on the system. They left a bad taste, will never do business with them. Decent thing is to value other people's time and acknowledge the precious resource - time by reply on emails before one visit your office. It's rude and uncalled for to send a letters of demand to people who no longer owe you.
