Stay away! My car is there for two months and not finished yet. Had a email or call 3 weeks ago very week and now nothing. Called this morning - 27/9/2019 - no answer at all. Previous calls were problematic, usually no answer. Called their HQ in Benoni, the co owner Hein Scheffer promised a call back, no call back for several hours. Went to the Strijdom Park branch where my car was booked in 2 months ago and there's no one there, they are closed.No clients cars anywhere.... Called HQ again, Hein Sheffer is not taking my calls...Called another department, checked if the branch moved, they did not and they should be open but they are not. Then after 4 hours and 12 people someone discovers that they actually closed for the day after working in on a holiday. Called the franchise owner after he refused to open and show me my car and no apologies at all. Says he advised the franchise holding company and that's it.Pending if my car is ok or not on Monday I will open a case of theft and fraud.Beware..., no communication, No service. No Go!!!

Worst Customer Service. STAY AWAY!My car was booked for 1st Feb for Repairs. My wife took my car in to Automagic for repairs a day before. When she arrived there, the receptionist Fatima , then continues to have someone to assess the car. From this assessment it was deemed the work requires 3 days and the decal part needs to be ordered. and she was turned away to come once the part has arrived. This was surprising to me because the assessment was done by the insurer and I had given a go-ahead to Automagic to order the decal part in Mid Jan.Late afternoon 1st of Feb the same Fatima calls me to ask me why I did not bring in my car for repairs. I explain that my wife did bring in the car for repairs but she was turned away. Fatima did not even apologies for this mistake on her side she continued to blame myself and my wife for it.Early Morning of 2nd Feb, I then took the car myself for repairs. I asked for a lift to be accompanied. I was told to wait 15-20min by the same Fatima. After the 20min wait the driver scheduled to accompany me to work tells me she is going elsewhere and I will only be able to get me to work roughly in an hours time. This had me frustrated as the initial 20min I waited I could have gotten an Uber. Ended up taking an Uber anyway.After booking in the car the estimated completion of repairs was set to be the 14th of Feb. Initially the guy who assessed the car said 3 days and I presume the rest of the days is to have the part ordered because at this point in time I learned they did not order the decal as I had initially thought and agreed with Fatima.When the car was now under repairs Bongi was appointed as the responsible person to give updates. I only received updates via sms/email/ the online portal every 3-5 days whenever she feels like it. At the time the online portal still has 14th Feb as collection date. Every time I called Bongi, she was very rude to me. On the 14th of Feb I realized they are not saying anything on Job completion, when I called Bongi she was very rude, shouting at me telling me no one told me my car will be ready on the 14th and I am just assuming this dates infact they will call me when my car is ready even if takes 2 months" she then proceeded to tell me my car will be ready y 21st Feb and that's the date she communicated earlier during car booking. It was my first time hearing 21st Feb as the completion date
