Wow. And not a good wow.I called today just to find out if I could update the processing speed on my current laptop with the intention of obtaining a quote from the company (if this was possible). One simple question. No IT support required. Similar to a query where you would contact a grocer and say: do you stock apples and how much does it cost?Anyway, from the receptionist who first answered the call - all the way to the IT guy that I was eventually transferred to telephonically - I was being asked all these questions, which I found unsettling. Eventually when I asked why I was being asked these questions when I had a simple question, the IT guy said that they have a process that they have to follow with the Accounts Manager and that I would be charged.I was astounded beyond belief!No warning given to me prior to asking these questions that I would be charged in any way for asking a simple question with the intention of getting a quote. I said I was not interested in being billed for a simple question. Really shocking service that left me really unnerved.

Very helpful responsive support team, knowledgable about all things ICT especially open source software!
