I'm wondering what happened to the wonderful service other reviews are raving about. Must be early onset xmas feeling because I placed an order and got an email that they would be in contact. That never happened so I contacted them. Was told either day x or y but they will follow up with the factory and let me know. Day y is here and no feedback from them. These are one of those companies that behave like they are doing you a huge favor. Always amazed how a company can grow to this size yet have no clue wat customer service is.
