I went to this store beginning of December 2022 looking for a smart watch that is good for running.I was assisted by an African lady Brenda at that time I couldn't find what I liked .She took my number and promised to call me whenever she receives stock ever since then she would call or whatsapp me whenever she receives stock.Finally in March 2023 she found me a perfect watch. She exceeded my expectations she was patient and professional with me .She is a star you don't get sales consultants like that anymore

I entered the store and was greeted. However to be told Hello Charou from a sales representative to a customer is very offensive and racist. Your staff should be trained to greet customers properly and treat them fairly and equally. Very disappointing treatment received.

The girl who helps" people pawn or sell their items seriouslyneeds a reality check. She acts as if the customer is bothering her. She handles peoples items with absolutely no care and really does the bare minimum. Please find somebody who understands customer service and appreciates their job. I remember Tony was always a great help no matter what. This girl should rather do something with less interaction... The guys are okay at least."

What a place not to be in. Rude staff members, uncoordinated. Wanted to sell a ptoduct and showed them what the price for it was on their own website listing. They didnt even want to give me a quarter of the price. When I turned down the offer the employee who was in charge of buying had an attitude about me wasting his precious time"
