Good experience, fixed a mate 40 pro bought my own screen and they performed the replacement for R400. The only issues are their parts are expensive, and they could restore the phone to water proof.

I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 6, and they were able to replace it in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you for making this experience so positive!

Another scaly practice Sandton based business. I am speechless. Totally speechless. Such a beautiful store in such a high class shopping centre run by scaly employees and a misguided manager.I handed in 3 phones for a quotation. They phoned back with a ridiculous amount of R6600 to fix all 3 phones. Declined the quotation instructing them to keep the phones until the following week when I would pick it up.When I phoned back to check on their trading hours I found out they fixed the phones and were demanding the payment. No amount of talking or sense could get them to understand that I declined the quote. I even had proof of ordering and paying for the parts on Bid or Buy after I declined the quotation. Eventually it was agreed I pay R4000 because I could no longer take the back and forth arguments because it was like talking to a wall.When I went to pick up the phones - ONE OF THEM was not done being repaired. True story.So they DID NOT fix all of the phones while they were arguing with me over ALREADY fixing the phones.I was dumbfounded at the utter dishonesty and lack of any common sense of the manager/owner.Will never use them ever again. One of the worst businesses I have ever encountered.

They sell Samsung branded charges that are fake. They literally don't work

I went to there shop to fix my phone,I was in a bit of a hurry,they charged me R1800 to repair my phone,I then dropped my phone and had no time to go back there,I was refered to another technician who only charged me R800 to repair the same problem,they are a rip off please don't waste your money there

Terrible customer service and even worse attitude from the staff. I brought my iPhone 7 in to change a battery and they damaged my home button. They then tried to argue there was no way to prove the home button was working when I brought in the phone till their own cctv confirmed otherwise. Never going back there again and for a very simple battery change have had the convenience, bad customer service and additional cost of a new phone *#@#

Wanted to let you know how happy I am with the work Smartfix Benmore Centre did for me. My laptop was on its last leg, and I was able to get it repaired quickly and affordably. They were very friendly and attentive, and they even offered me a free screen cleaning service!

I have been in three Smartfix branches in Benmore, Bedforview and recently in Eastgate Mall, and my experience in those shops was superb, I like the fact that there is a wide range of stylish cell phone accessories to choose from. I'm especially happy with the service provided when I went to get my phone's LCD screen replaced. Well done!

This deserves zero stars. Disgusting customer service & terrible staff attitude. What I’d been quoted as a 3 day turnaround time became 40. I’d call and be put on hold for long then they cut the phone and disconnect it so it’s unavailable when I call back. And the classic “I’ll get someone to call you back” which never happens. After all that time they still didn’t repair my screen despite parts being available widely. Instead I got my tablet hacked up and barely held together by sticky tape. Now no other place wants to take it which means it’s going in the trash.
