Bad service,when bought you feel panicking because the communication stop after you paid, lots of excuses, better buy at makro or other store where they keep the same item with little extra cost of which it worth it than struggling to get your item from gadgets hub

Mailed them today to find out when my order that was paid for already will be shipped. No reply. Called the one number numerous times without reply. Sent a message to this number and was read but no reply. Called another number and the lady said they wont do any orders now as all their suppliers are closed.Gave me the owners cell number but this was the first number that does not answer. I decided to cancel my order and informed Raymond on his cell. Not read. Will post more on this transaction as this progresses.

Bought my 4 burner gas stove and I'm loving it.

Been trying to get in touch for 2 days. I've made numerous phone calls and sent several emails with no response.

Ordered a deep cycle battery , they delivered the wrong one(terrible quality as it starts to run low on cycles 2 weeks later)I emailed them still no answer. (week later)Delivery was fast though

I recently had a crisis when my existing inverter blew and I was struggling to find a company which had stock. I was referred to the Gadgets Hub and explained my predicament to Raymond, the CEO. Raymond also didnt have stock but he promised to call some of his suppliers. True to his word, Raymond called me back to let he know he had managed to locate the exact inverter I required. I was extremely impressed when he delivered the inverter to my home, a few hours later. Raymond is extremely professional, reliable and I had a wonderful customer experience with Raymond and the Gadgets Hub. I would strongly recommend this company. Raymond was an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept all his promises and communicated progress, which I had not experienced with similar companies I had called.
