One previous visit left me very satisfied with the great assistance the young lady gave, and it was not even her section. Patience, helpfulness, friendliness and knowledgeable! Keep it up and well done. And on the next occasion - the honesty and helpfulness of the staff who found my lost cellphone and gave it to the manager! Great stuff and many thanks. Truly appreciative

Pleasant experience for the most part. Extremely helpful service and by lots of staff. Friendly and useful. A wide variety of brands and products. They cater for all kinds of budgets and if you don't want that 2k top and 2k pants, browse around and fine the 200 bucks version.The only reasons for the 4 and not a 5 are:1. Everyone was using the change rooms and no one was assisting, and yet when I went in, I was stopped quite abruptly and made to count my items, as if I'm going to steal something. And when done, he wasn't even around to verify. So rude on that front.2. At check out there were only 2 cashiers helping yet there was a queue and loads of other staff on hand to open more tills. But this is me being nitpicky really.

Let's just say u put a smile on my dial I got what I wanted that cotton on cudnt provide. My size in workout tights and u can get two pairs for a discount awesome!!! And there are tights to just be lazy in!! @R200 awesome, always thought woolworths was all I had to go to.... happy customer.

Phoned Totalsport and spoke to Ronelle. 4 times the call was dropped and I only want to get a price on a Hoka speedgoat shoe. Why is it so difficult to get through to Totalsport? Somerset west and Stellenbosch branch telephone doesnt even work.
