The staff is friendly but the gym is awful, really.Their treadmills are worn out, it feels like you're running on an old tarred road with potholes (that's if they're all working because usually only two treadmills work). When loadshedding hits, their smith machines also go off. All their equipment look and feel like hand me downs. The music from step class is too loud, there's no clean drinking water...just ordinary, unclean Hammanskraal water. A lot needs to be done in that gym, it's awful.

Their studio isn't isolated so it's always noisy in the gym. Treadmills are outdated and broken snd they take 100 years before fixinga broken equipment. During loadshedding they don't have a back up generator or atleast back up lights. I don't know if maybe it's because it's situated in a township or they just don't care

There is a shortage of equipment there and we paying every month, instead they bring more equipment they take them without even notifying us

Awesome gym, well situated and over all size is impressive, one gets to do any exercise necessary to stay in shape or meet any goals planned, personal trainers available, aerobics, killer abb exercises and more, it would be unfortunate if a fitness loving person does not go here, enjoying my self plenty

Well its Hammanskraal, nothing special. 1st of all the phone number they provided on google even on their documents, doesn't work!.. Its also disappointing that they dont have a kiddies facility. Their treadmills overheat, and stop abruptly without warning. I almost fell yesterday. The loud music in the aerobics studio during sessions is annoying!!!Its very loud!!! They need to close it off with glass like other gyms. Oh and gym closes during load shedding!management needs to invest in a generator!Come on!
