Terrible customer service. Guy called Renaldo tells me to come back to the shop at 12:30 and when I arrive he has left for lunch. Came back hour later still not there. Stood there for 15 minutes while the rest of the staff are on their own phones not even asking if they can help me. I’ll move my contract to a different service provider
