The treatment your staff gave my elderly mother yesterday is absolutely disgusting. Shouting at her in the store. They can be lucky I was not with her. They need a lesson in common courtesy and manners.

Had a bad experience there over two weeks ago. Went into the store with my trolley and the next thing a woman tried to block me so I couldn't move. Felt someone at the back of me. It was obvious they were trying to see if I had a phone or something else in my back pocket. Started raising my voice and she apologized but I knew what they were up to. I wasn't fooled. Be careful.

I have never treated bad the way I was treated by the lady called Thembi at Eastrand Foschini, I was paying my account on Friday 02/10/2020 , I asked for a sanitizer after inserting my card on the machine which was not sanitized, she told me to use my own sanitizer or use the sanitizer at the entrance when going out , I asked her why should I use my sanitizer because I have touched her machine , she said I don't have sanitizer she gave me the slip and said next customer as if I 'm stupid......bad service ever

Customer service is pathetic. I went there twice last year and recently in December and was treated badly. I definitely agree. The staff is sacarstic. The lady by the surname of Mahlangu is the worst.I love the variety of items though.

Very rude and sarcastic and uninterested staff at the make up department. They act as though they are doing you a favour by serving you. Never setting my foot there again.
