Terrible service .10-15 mins means half an hour.Cashiers spend more time having a good chat with Mr D drivers than serving customers.Terrible attitude towards patrons.Rather make it only online orders .

Pedros Bluff is awesome, The meals are fresh, delicious and reasonably priced .The friendly lady Nokubonga with the beautiful smile was amazing, she served us well.All the staff were cheerful and friendly . Nice happy vibe ,thank you all.

Great service with great prices on chicken. This one is much better than the one in Phoenix. I have been many times and the consistency is the the best with fresh chicken and adequate sauce even the chips portions full the bag over.

First time I ordered for collection, I was disappointed because there was a mix up with my order and was asked to wait for another 20 minute. chicken for the wrap was burned and tasteless. The source was not coming through at all. I ordered again cause I'm all about giving second chances and truth be told, they really redeemed themselves. Ordered the same wrap for collection, was ready on time and it tasted so good, I now order from them all the time, service has improved.

Ordered 2 wraps lemon and herb!!!! It was NOT lemon and herb !!!! Sticker says lemon and herb, but hot!!! Ordered 2 large chips and only received 1! Phoned and the lady told me the other chips is still there and I must come and collect it!!! I Ordered online and paid and then I must go and collect my food because of their error! What a joke and all they say is sorry!!

I challenge the owner to spend a week at this branch the service is pathetic.1.What is the point of placing a telephonic order if you have to wait the same amount of time in store?2.Get to the store and join the queue to pay for the order ,get to the front only to be told that only the next Till does collection orders.3.They gave me a chicken cut in 8 instead of 4 and didn't give me extra basting which I paid for ,I'm assuming I was given the incorrect order.Many unsatisfied customers are complaining whilst waiting , This store needs a drastic wakeup.

The food is excellent but if you will to stand in a crowded room with equally frustrated people then go here. The staff are running around like they got no duties and you do as you see... For instance I ordered via phone.. They asked me who I talked to? The store is always packed because of the long wait and chaos

Not busy at all but waited more than 30 mins for the order. Pic was taken whilst still waiting for the order.Got the order at 1158. Incomplete. Waited another 15 mins. Rubbish rubbish service. Food was not even up to standard.

Pedro's is an absolute winner in terms of the quality of its food, friendliness of staff and prompt service. Competitive pricing just adds to the overall experience. Most of all the chicken was grilled to perfection, the Portuguese rolls easy on the palate with generous portions. Hope the standards are maintained.
